It's splitsville for Miley Cyrus and Liam Hemsworth. Representatives from both stars confirm their engagement is off. The couple met in 2010 on the set of their movie "The Last Song" and got engaged in 2012. They were together for almost four years and to show how serious the split is, Miley is no longer following her ex-beau on Twitter.

NUMBER 4 - FORBES' RICHEST AMERICANS
Microsoft chairman and co-founder Bill Gates is number one on Forbes' Richest Americans list for 2013. Gates tops the list for the 20th straight year with $72 billion! He is followed by Warren Buffett with just about $60 billion and Larry Ellison with $41 billion. The youngest billionaire is Facebook's Mark Zuckerberg who comes in at 20.

NUMBER 3 - COSTA CONCORDIA SALVAGE
The capsized cruise liner Costa Concordia was sitting upright early Tuesday after the first step of an unprecedented effort to salvage the ill-fated ship. Using pulleys, cables and steel tanks, a salvage crew managed to roll the 114,000 ton vessel off the rocks where it ran aground in January 2012. So far, the cost of the salvage operation is about $800 million.

NUMBER 2 - COLORADO FLOODING
The death toll is climbing in the massive flooding disaster that's still unfolding in Colorado. The state office of emergency management is now confirming eight deaths due to the extreme conditions. Hundreds more are unaccounted for and as many as a thousand are waiting to be evacuated. State officials say the extensive flooding has destroyed over 1,500 homes and damaged up to 150 miles of roadway.

NUMBER 1 - NAVY YARD SHOOTING
A small group of people gathered in Freedom Plaza in Washington D.C. last night to light candles and remember those who died in Monday morning's fatal shootings the Navy Yard. Names of seven of the victims have been released. Officials are waiting to notify family of the remaining five. Authorities are still piecing together what caused the alleged gunman and IT contractor, Aaron Alexis, to open fire. Police say he was killed after an encounter with security.
