They were looking for security camera video that might show what happened last week when a neighbor's home was egged. Bieber wasn't arrested, but one of his house guests was handcuffed for illegal drugs. The damage to the neighbor's home is estimated at $20,000.

According to police, a 12-year-old boy entered his New Mexico middle school gym, pulled a shotgun out of a bag and opened fire on students waiting for school to start yesterday. A 13-year-old girl was in stable condition last night, and an 11-year-old boy was in critical condition. Investigators arrested the suspect but do not yet have a motive for the shooting.
