DELAWARE COUNTRY, OK. -- The attorney for the man accused of killing two UA students and injuring five others has requested more time until the next hearing.
DELAWARE COUNTRY, OK. -- John Deselms, the man accused of killing two University of Arkansas students in a boating accident in May 2013, will now appear in court later than planned.
Deselms attorney requested additional time for his clients next hearing. Deselms is now scheduled to be in court on Friday, December 13th in Delaware County.
Deselms is accused of crashing his boat and killing Rachel Swetnam and William "Trey" Varner.
