Police said Jesse Wright, Ryan Northcutt and Oscar Morales forced their way into one of the Cliffs apartments Saturday night. According to investigators, Wright, 19, choked one victim and Morales, 23, hit one of the victims with a bat. The trio got away with approximately $4,800 cash. Officers believe they drove 22-year-old Northcutt's truck to and from the apartment.
On Wednesday, investigators arrested Wright, they picked up Northcutt on Thursday and Morales was taken into custody Friday. All are accused of aggravated residential burglary, engaging in violent group activity and theft of property. Wright and Morales also face a charge of battery.
Fayetteville police said while there have been two separate aggravated residential burglary incidents, in both instances, the victims were known to the suspects and specifically targeted. They note the crimes were not random in nature.
