Beth Leibowitz owns the Rogers UPS Store. She says this holiday season has been a great one. Despite some delays due to weather around the U.S., she tells us most folks in our area appear to have gotten everything they needed on time.
"I have to say we've been really lucky here in Northwest Arkansas," Leibowitz says. "Our hub is in Springdale, and they've done a really good job. We've had almost no calls... I think almost all our packages have gotten where they're supposed to be."
We also spoke with UPS Stores in Fayetteville and Bentonville. They tell us there were very few complaints locally, as well. But if you are waiting on a delivery, UPS tells us anything that hasn't been delivered from yet should arrive by the end of the week.
Customers who were supposed to have had packages delivered using UPS Air or International services may be eligible for refunds by calling 1-800-PICK-UPS or contacting the retailers they purchased from. There is no guarantee for packages via ground services.
