BENTONVILLE, AR-- Walmart is taking it to the next level to help improve customer shopping experiences.
Through the Walmart Mom Blogger program, 21 women from across the United States serve as the voice of Walmart customers.
“We want to save time and money just like everybody else. We are just taking that to another level and sharing that digitally with the public.” Blogger Mom Melanie Edwards says. “We're real moms. We're in stores. We're shopping. We just want to make things better for our family.”
Walmart gives these women an inside look into their new initiatives and the moms blog about what customers should expect. These moms then relay suggestions and concerns from their readers back to Walmart executives.
“It's really great for us to meet the company that we work with, collaborate with them, provide them with ideas that our readers and we as consumers as well have.” Edwards says.
The moms are visiting the home office in Bentonville this week to see what's new this holiday season.
