Stone said, "This does not mean the case will end, just that it will resume once she is restored mentally."
Police say Fleck shot and killer her husband, Evan Fleck, back on March 3 with children in the home. Officers say she then left the children in the house and took off to Oklahoma, where she was later arrested. Affidavits show Fleck's husband had been having an affair and had recently filed for divorce.
