A new report is now out from the Attorney General's state task force.
It was presented Wednesday to lawmakers, containing 19 recommendations to beef up the human trafficking crackdown around the state.
Recommendations in the report include an educational pilot program for people accused of soliciting prostitutes.
It also recommends training for law enforcement, court officials, Department of Human Services case workers and others who come in contact with human trafficking victims and offenders.
The state task force has asked the Attorney General's office to begin drafting legislation needed in 2015.
