Arkansas Hospital Getting More Funding for Autism Reseach

According to the Centers for Disease Control, roughly 1 in 68 children has been diagnosed with autism spectrum disorder.
Arkansas -- Arkansas lawmakers, announcing more funding for autism research right here in the natural state.

Friday Congressman Tim Griffin and U.S. Senators Mark Pryor and John Boozman, announced Arkansas Children's Hospital Research Institute is getting $300,000 to help kids with autism spectrum disorders in the state. According to the Centers for Disease Control, roughly 1 in 68 children has been diagnosed with autism spectrum disorder.
