Man Fired After Leaving Angry Note for Boss

"Hey boss, Learn to be on time or at least communicate when you are going to be late. An hour with no phone call is unacceptable..."
GRAND RAPIDS, MICHIGAN - Most of us have had moments at work where we felt like "enough is enough." A man in Michigan took that one step further when he left his boss a note telling her exactly how he felt.

Joe Blumm spent three years working at a local BP shop. He says he asked to be taken off third shift several times. After working overnight last Thursday, and then waiting for his manager to relieve him he reached his breaking point when she never showed up.

So he posted a now-infamous note, that read:
"Hey boss,

Learn to be on time or at least communicate when you are going to be late. An hour with no phone call is unacceptable. As you can see, the doors are locked. I went home. Fire me if you must, but realize I walked due to your negligence."

Blumm said, "I had it. I had enough of that unprofessional atmosphere, having to deal with that tardiness and have it come down on me."

His manager admits she was late that day but argues that he never called her or anyone else. Blumm says he was let go and is now looking for a new job.
