Nearly 25,000 camels from Arab countries are competing in an annual camel beauty pageant. The 15-day event kicked off on Saturday and attracted more than 1,000 camel owners from ten Arab countries. The camels are classified into different groups according to their species, body type and age, to compete for overall prizes.

In Mexico, hundreds of clowns marching to Mexico City as part of an annual pilgrimage in honor of the country's patron saint. The yearly tradition brings out clowns of all ages to the religious site. The clowns juggled, danced and joked their way towards the basilica carrying altars and statues.
