"The Outlets At Little Rock" Will Soon Be a Reality

The land has been sold to an outlet mall developer and now things should be on an expressway to finish soon for Natural State shoppers.
In less than 2 years little rock will be the only city in the state with an outlet mall. From Bass Pro shopping to deep discount deals, The Outlets at Little Rock are coming to central Arkansas. Last month the city of Little Rock approved a site plan, and Thursday, contracts were signed selling the land to New England Development for more than $5 million. Now that company is set to open an 80 store fashion outlet center on interstate 30 near Otter Creek.

The natural progression for this natural state outlet mall is finding out which stores will be there, but the problem is the development company wants to let those tenants make their own announcements. The developer said the mall should resemble newly opened outlets in St. Louis and Jackson, Mississippi. Some stores at both of those malls include Coach, J. Crew and Brooks Brothers.
