From the beginning of the season Head Coach Mike Anderson has rotated consistently his starting line-up, trying to find that perfect combination. But now coach understands that no matter who he puts out on the court, there's going to be chemistry.

"I feel we have that core group. That core group of guys that are going to play. But we have some guys that are making it pretty challenging, you know, coach, I wanna be in there too." says Head Coach Mike Anderson.

"They're not just trying to go get it. In the past people have gone out there and just try to go get it and so it kinda looks bad. You know, but everyone is out for the same goal, so thats why it looks so fluid out there because its ball movement. Its because everyone wants everyone else to do good." adds Michael Qualls.

"The tension and the urgency is getting high because we know that SEC is starting so we have to be as one, and everyone is trying to be on the same page and everyone is feeling good. Everyone is positive and working hard." says Mardacus Wade.

A win over Texas San Antonio Saturday will not only tie the longest win streak under head coach Mike Anderson but will also be the best non-conference record since the 2005-2006 season.
