The 31 year old, with special needs, lives with his parents in Independence county. And he's made the roster of the second annual ESPN fan hall of fame after being voted in during a contest. Since his first game at just two months old, Sandy's been a hooked Hogs fan. One look at his bedroom and you can tell.
ESPN reports hundreds of thousands of votes were cast. Sandy was one of three selected which also included Pierce Wallace, the Georgia Bulldogs "Joker" and Barbara Rust, the Sacramento Kings "Sign Lady".
