Annual Memorial Service for Fallen Firefighters this March

LITTLE ROCK, Ark.-- - The Arkansas Fall Firefighters' Memorial stands to remember those who have died in the line of duty to help the community.

This year, two additional names will be added.

The Annual Memorial Service will be held on March 25 at 1 p.m. The two names that will be added are Chief Ronald Boyd, who died in the line of duty on June 17, 1989 and Firefighter Lancy Crawford, who died in the line of duty on July 7, 2016,.

The event will feature keynote speaker Marvin Benton, retired Little Rock Fire Department. The event will also have pipes & drums, Honor Guard, families and friends of those who have fallen and those who are still living and firefighters.

The memorial is located on the west side of the Arkansas State Capitol Grounds in Little Rock.
