AR Supreme Court Grants Stay of Injunction, Drugs Can Be Used in Executions

LITTLE ROCK, Ark.- - The Arkansas Supreme Court granted Attorney General Leslie Rutledge's stay of injunction on drugs used for lethal injection. 

The stay of injunction allows the state to use the execution drugs for scheduled executions on Thursday. 

An Arkansas Department Correction spokesperson said media witnesses will be selected at 5:30 p.m. and 6 p.m.

Death row inmate Ledell Lee is scheduled to be executed at 7 p.m. on Thursday.
