Arrest Made in Drive By Shooting

Fort Smith, Ark. - FORT SMITH, Ark. (KNWA) – Forth Smith Police responded to a drive by shooting by a victims ex-boyfriend, according to police. 

Officers went to 200 block of South 12 Street in Fort Smith in response to a disturbance. 

Police say the victim reported her ex- boyfriend, Donnie White drove by her parents house where he shot at a vehicle. 

Police say the victim and her parents were by the car, but no one was hurt.

White was arrested and charged with terrorist act, four counts of aggravated assault, terroristic threatening and domestic aggravated assault.

He is currently being held at the Sebastian County Jail on a $15,500 bond. He is expected to appear in court on February 22.
