JOPLIN, MO -- Next month will mark three years since an EF5 tornado hit Joplin, Missouri. The deadly storm tore the city apart, causing billions of dollars in damage. But folks in Joplin have found ways to work through the rubble, and look back to remember the storm, including one four-legged resident, who's hoping to bark up a bestseller.
