FAYETTEVILLE, AR -- The KNWA/FOX 24 morning crew started off Monday in the kitchen with Chef Matt McClure, cooking up some deliciously refined country cuisine.

McClure works at Bentonville's The Hive in the 21c Museum Hotel and his food will be featured at the big Potlikker Film Festival coming up on Saturday, August 9.

The festival will pay homage to southern food, gathering local chefs and food enthusiasts to enjoy regional dishes and screen documentary films about southern food. Potlikker Bentonville will celebrate Arkansas' chefs, farmers and unique foodways, films by Joe York, southern-style food prepared by local guest chefs using ingredients from local farms, beverages by Ozark Beer Company and Mountain Valley Spring Water and live music by bluegrass band Foley's Van.

Potlikker will run from 6:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. at The Hive, 200 NE A Street in Bentonville. Tickets are $75 and that price includes films, food, and drink.
