FAYETTEVILLE -- A fired Fayetteville police officer has pleaded guilty to sexual assault.

Jamison Stiles took a plea deal Friday afternoon to one count of Sexual Assault in the Second Degree, a B felony. He also pleaded guilty to one count of Release or Disclosure to Unauthorized Person, a D felony. He was sentenced to 60 months of state supervised probation and will be required to register as a sex offender.

He was fired from the department back in December after two women accused him of rape and sexual assault while on duty.  Prosecutors dropped two charges against Stiles earlier this month.
