FORT SMITH -- 100 Jobs in 100 Days campaign launches in Fort Smith.

A campaign created by Work Fort Smith to place one hundred people in jobs by October first kicked off Monday.

Employers across the region are being invited to advertise their job listings on the website for free, the website then takes that job ad and launches it into every social media site possible and into the eyes of potential job seekers.

"It's actually been going very well and we’ve had over 25 new businesses sign up since we launched the campaign. We had business that were already initially signed up before we launched," says Miles Crawford, the CEO WorkFortSmith.

Work Fort Smith says it's very confident the organization will not only hit the hundred mark but will surpass it by the end of the campaign.
