Over the Edge: Record-breaking pregnant yoga

In Thursday's edition of news going "Over the Edge," pregnant women doing yoga; a record-breaking bead mural; and a campus snowball fight.

In China, nearly 500 pregnant women doing yoga! They did it in the Chinese city of Shenzhen. Attempting to set a world record and stay healthy. To make the yoga session more fun, some of the expecting mothers drew cartoon characters on their baby bumps. In the end, 423 of the participants completed all the yoga exercises and set the record.

In Louisiana-- another record-breaker. A mural by Stephan Wanger made up of more than two million tiny beads. The Natchitoches bead town mural was unveiled yesterday. The mosaic depicts landmarks in the town. It took six months to complete and commemorates the city's tricentennial. The mural is more than 384-square feet. That's more than double the previous record holder.

And in Minnesota, college students making use of the snow that just fell there. Several inches of snow fell this week, forcing the University of Minnesota-Duluth to cancel class. So students took advantage and held a massive snowball fight. They hope to have another one if school is canceled again.
