A Colorado mother says the vanilla milkshake her son got from a local Dairy Queen was tainted by a cleaning solution.
She ended up taking the boy to the hospital after he complained his tongue was burning.
The owner of that Dairy Queen says the incident was a terrible accident.
One employee was soaking the vanilla syrup container in the cleaner when another employee picked it up, thinking it was clean and filled it with the syrup.

Number 4:
It's a question everyone is asking.
Doctors have declared Dr. Kent Brantly and Nancy Writebol free of the Ebola virus.
But can they still pass it on?
They were treated with an experimental drug, ZMAPP, but doctors say they do not know whether it made a difference.
However, doctors maintain they're confident the discharge of the two patients poses no public health threat.
They say it was a learning experience that can help advance the world's treatment of the virus.

Number 3:
Dozens gathered at Memorial Mass in New Hampshire Sunday to remember slain American journalist James Foley.
Foley disappeared in 2012 while covering the civil war in Syria.
The 40-year-old reappeared last week in a video showing his beheading by an ISIS militant.
Authorities are using voice recognition technology and are close to identifying his killer.

Number 2:
U.S. Secretary of State, John Kerry says an American journalist held in Syria for nearly two years has been released unharmed today.
Peter Curtis was being held by Islamic rebels.
Officials say the U.S. was not involved in any negotiations for his release but was aware of private efforts to secure his freedom.
Curtis is no longer in Syria and is expected to reunite with his family soon.

Number 1:
A six point zero magnitude earthquake struck Northern California early today.
The most powerful quake to hit the area in decades left thousands without power and caused at least one serious injury.
