The Pulse: Obama Warns Russia over Ukraine Crisis

President Obama warns Russia to stay out of Ukraine; severe weather hits across the U.S.; and more in Friday's edition of "The Pulse."

President Obama warned Russia Friday not to interfere militarily in Ukraine. Obama was responding to reports that Russian military forces may have landed at a Russian base in Ukraine's Crimea region and warning that military intervention would be costly.Ukraine has been the site of months of protests that forced President Viktor Yanukovych from power in favor of a more Western-leaning administration.

Severe weather is hitting nationwide in the coming days. After one of the worst droughts in recent history, California finally seeing rain, but now it's getting too much. Mudslides and flood warnings are forcing evacuations in Southern California. Meanwhile, the Midwest will be freezing under a new blast of cold air bringing sub-zero wind-chills. As another major system is expected to dump snow and ice across multiple states from the Midwest to the East Coast.

A Mississippi man declared dead, then waking up in a body bag at a funeral home! Walter Williams was pronounced dead at his home with no heartbeat.His body was transported to a funeral home and was about to be embalmed when he started moving again. Paramedics rushed Williams to the hospital. His family says he is now alive and well.

The medical examiner's report is in on actor Philip Seymour Hoffman. And it appears his death was accidental, caused by a mixture of drugs that included heroin and cocaine. The Oscar-winning actor was found dead in his Manhattan apartment on Feb. 2. Three people are facing drug charges in connection with his death.

Chris Brown is staying in court-ordered rehab until next month. A judge ruling Friday that the singer has to continue anger management and other therapy until another court appearance in late April. Brown checked into rehab last November as an alternative to jail after violating probation-- which stemmed from his 2009 felony conviction for assaulting ex-girlfriend Rihanna.
