FAYETTEVILLE, AR-- A man arrested for rape on the University of Arkansas campus, now has a trial date set. Cesar Figueroa faced a judge in a Washington county courtroom on Tuesday for a hearing on charges in connection with the crime back in September of 2012. Officers arrested Figueroa after police say DNA evidence linked him to the rape. On Tuesday, a judge continued the hearing because a mental evaluation had not yet been completed. The court hopes to have all of the paperwork in time for a trial date currently set for May 8th. Figueroa has pleaded not guilty to the charges.
