Salsarita's opened on Wednesday for the first time since a health department investigation started on June 18.

Eurest, the third-party company in charge of managing the kitchen, will now hire a quality assurance manager and will retrain staff on the company's safety protocols.
The Benton County Health Department says 275 people became ill from the bacteria.
