When police arrived on the scene, they say Cain was slurring his words and had a hard time standing on his feet. His alcohol levels were tested, but results came back at .00. Cain later admitted to taking Hydrocodone and Klonopin.
Cain was taken to Washington Regional Medical Center Wednesday night, but was released and booked into the Washington County Jail Thursday morning. He's facing charges of negligent homicide, reckless driving, and driving on a suspended license. He was released from Washington County jail just after 9:00 a.m.
