BENTONVILLE, AR-- A Bentonville man has pleaded guilty to first degree murder and kidnapping in the death of his wife. Perry Davis has been sentenced to 35 years in prison on both counts to be served concurrently with five years additional suspended. Prosecutors say he shot and killed his wife Kelly in August of 2012 before turning the gun on himself. He's now blind as a result of those self-inflicted injuries. Under the plea agreement, he'll have to serve 70% of his sentence before being eligible for parole.
