Valentines Day is right around the corner. It's known for people falling in love and sometimes falling into debt. Americans plan on spending nearly $37 billion dollars to prove their love this February 14th - an average of $213 per person. That's according to the American Express spending and savings tracker survey. Cards top the gifts from both men and women. Men will also be buying flowers and jewelry, while women will shell out for gadgets and gift cards.

Rayovac recalls about 225,000 flashlights because they can overheat and melt. The recall covers Rayovac LED industrial flashlights with run times of 25 or 50 hours, Rayovac value bright led plastic flashlights, and Rayovac value bright flashlights. They were sold between February 2012 and last month, online and nationwide.
