ROGERS, AR -- LPGA pros, in town for the Walmart NWA Championship Presented By P&G, shared their skills with local kids Thursday. Dozens of young golfers showed up for the first ever Junior Golf Clinic, sponsored by toy-maker Mattel. Some of the kids are part of local Boys & Girls Clubs and the Northwest Arkansas First Tee program, and they got some serious training, with pros like Stacy Lewis doling out tips on driving to putting and everything in between.

"The players are so generous with their time," says Erica Zubriski, VP of Sales for Mattel. "It's a fantastic event and, I think, very valuable for all the kids who are able to attend."

Arkansas Razorback Golf Coach Shauna Estes-Taylor also worked with the kids Thursday.
