LITTLE ROCK -- The Attorney General's office has certified a request for a ballot title proposing the legalization of all marijuana use in Arkansas.

The ballot title was submitted by Robert L. Reed of Arkansans for Medical Cannabis and would "decriminalize the possession and use of the cannabis plant and all products derived from the cannabis plant, in the State of Arkansas, and other purposes," according to the Attorney General's Office.

Now that the proposal has been certified, signatures can be collected to get the initiative on the November ballot.
