FAYETTEVILLE, AR-- A 'sex assault' investigation at the University of Arkansas has ended in an unlikely arrest.

Instead of finding the attacker, officers handcuffed the woman who reported she was attacked.

18-year-old Julia Garcia is now behind bars after police say she falsely reported being attacked in the Garland parking garage last Sunday evening.

Garcia told police that her attacker was male, six-feet-tall and was wearing a black stocking cap and dark clothes during the attack. She now faces charges of filing a false report of criminal wrong-doing.
