Throughout the next week, fair-goers will see the traditional livestock, horticulture and home economics exhibits you'll find at the fair every year.
But the fair has some new additions this year, in hopes of livening up your experience. There will be more carnival rides here this year.
Actually, there's so many new rides that festival leaders say the fair now has the largest midway in the entire state.
The carnival opens today with $2 all-carnival rides for each ride. There are more specials you'll find throughout the week.
