Workout Wednesday: How to Strengthen Your Back

FAYETTEVILLE, AR -- Some fitness experts believe back exercises are one of the most overlooked activities in a workout. The back row is a great exercise for working out your back and all the different muscles that help strengthen and make your posture nice and tall. This exercise can be done with weights, using a bar, or a cable pulling machine as well. There are three variations of the back row, and in this week's Workout Wednesday, Mica O'Dell shows us how we can add these to our everyday workouts.
