LITTLE ROCK, Ark. -- - The man accused of killing a Little Rock toddler will go before a judge on Thursday.
33-year-old Gary Holmes is charged with First Degree Murder in the death of three-year old Acen King.
Holmes has been in jail without bond since his arrest in late December. He appeared in court last week but the judge pushed plea and arraignment back until Thursday.
Police say King died after he was shot in a fit of road rage. King's grandmother was driving.
The arrest affidavit states Holmes' girlfriend told police he got angry over King's grandmother's driving, and began honking his horn. He then got out of the car and fired.
