McKesson Files New Complaint, Wants Execution Drugs Returned

LITTLE ROCK, Ark.- - (via KARK) - McKesson Drug Company filed a new lawsuit Tuesday over the drugs planned to be used in the upcoming executions.

The company is suing the State of Arkansas, Governor Asa Hutchinson, the Arkansas Department of Correction and its director, Wendy Kelley.

McKesson is seeking an immediate injunction and return of the drugs, claiming the drugs were "illegally obtained."
