NWACC to Host Concealed Carry Campus Forums

BENTONVILLE, Ark.-- - Northwest Arkansas Community College is set to host two forums on the campus carry legislation.

State Representative Charlie Collins is the lead sponsor for HB1249, a bill that would allow concealed carry on college campuses in Arkansas. The bill passed both the Arkansas House and Senate and will land on Governor Asa Hutchinson's desk to be signed into law.

NWACC will host two forums on the bill's impact on the campus. The forums will be on Tuesday, March 27 and March 28 from 3 p.m. - 4 p.m. at the Shewmaker Global Business Development Center's Peterson Auditorium.
