Rogers PD Release Names of Victims in Deadly Car Accident

ROGERS, Ark.-- - Rogers Police have released the identities of the three people involved in a deadly car accident.

On Sunday, a car driven by 79-year-old Fredrick Guidry struck two pedestrians in the parking lot of the Walmart on Pleasant Crossing Blvd. 27-year-old Joshua Smith and 27-year-old Ashley Grishby were both stuck by Guidry as they were walking towards the store.

Guidry's vehicle hit a pole before coming to a stop in front of the store. He was pronounced dead at the scene of the accident.

Smith and Grishby were air-lifted to Springfield, Mo. were they are both in critical condition.
