Three Dead in Fort Smith Shooting

FORT SMITH, Ark. -- Three men were found dead in Fort Smith on Friday after a suspected homicide-suicide, police say.

The Fort Smith Police Department found the bodies of Dinh To, 47, Long Nguyen, 48, and Pho Vu, 56, at a residence in the 3200 block of Furman Avenue.

Dispatchers received a call about three injuries following a shooting around 8:04 p.m.

After a preliminary investigation, police said they believe Dinh shot Nguyen and Vu before turning the gun on himself.

Authorities found a 9mm Hi-Point handgun with three 9mm shell casings at the residence.

The investigation is ongoing.
