#TopTrenders: Star Studded Golden Globes Recap

Getting fit is one of the most popular and most broken new year's resolutions. But experts say it may not entirely be your fault if you can't follow through. A recent WalletHub study says location can play a role in weight loss, as factors like the number of gyms, access to healthy food and local economy effect how easy it is to lose weight. So who's at the top of the list? Seattle, San Francisco and San Diego were named the three best cities for weight loss. Still, nutritionists say it's possible for anyone to get in shape and the best way to do that is by making lasting lifestyle changes,  and setting realistic goals.

An update this morning, Claire's releases lab results proving that its children's makeup products are asbestos-free. The company recently completing the asbestos testing after nine makeup products were removed off the shelves in December following reports claiming that asbestos was found in the products. The toxic substance can lead to lung damage and cancer if swallowed or inhaled. Claire's will continue to honor returns requested by concerned customers.

Hollywood was decked out in all black at the Golden Globe Awards Sunday night. The stars wore all black in solidarity of "Me Too" and "Times Up" in honor of sexual harassment and equality, but first let's get to the awards. "Three Billboards Outside Ebbing, Missouri"  was the most honored movie, winning four globes, including Best Motion Picture, Drama. The top TV winner, "Big Little Lies", also won four awards. In fact, all of the night's multiple award winners were stories about women: "Lady Bird," "The Shape of Water," "The Marvelous Mrs. Maisel," and "The Handmaid's Tale." But it was this speech from the one and only Oprah Winfrey that everyone is talking about.  Here's a little snippet from her speech:

"So I want all the girls watching here now to know that a new day is on the horizon! It will be because of a lot of magnificent women, fighting hard to make sure that they become the leaders who take us to the time when nobody ever has to say 'Me Too' again."

A man in South Carolina is giving a whole new meaning to "having a cold one." Take a look at the video, he's keeping his beer cold by putting it on top of his frozen pool. Someone recently took a picture of him cooling down his brew outside his house and it's gone viral. He says he came up with the idea because he was a little homesick.
