"What I love about my job is that I actually have a job that is good for everyone. This is great for the baby, this is great for the mom. Mom's less likely to develop cancers and diabetes and hypertension later in life if she breast feeds. This is better for the family. This is better for the community cause the community will be healthier. Health Insurance, the health care system will save billions of dollars the more babies breast feed. It's better for the environment, there's no waste. There's no bottles, no formula, it's a whole other huge waste on our environment. So it's just good. It's good for everybody."
"Washington Regional is going to have a celebration for world breastfeeding week. It's gonna be August 1st. We're gonna have lots of guest speakers from the community. We're going to highlight Washington Regional's own Baby Cafe and talk about what that is. "
"So it's just really important for moms to have ways to talk to other moms and know that what's going on is completely normal."
