Hog Commit Bumper Pool Visits the Hill, Kicks Off this Week's Recruiting Report

Fayetteville, AR-

Drew Amman: "Time to catch up with Richard Davenport he is our recruiting guy. As always he is from WholeHogSports and the Arkansas Democrat-Gazette as well. RD let's begin with football and Bumper Pool a linebacker and he made his official visit this weekend. 6-2, 216 pounds. I understand he had a pretty good night on the high school football field this past week, six tackles."

Richard Davenport: "Six solo tackles, three assisted tackles and three tackles for losses. He got in on Friday, he played on Thursday got in on Friday. He's making his official visit early because he is enrolling in January. Obviously go through spring practice next semester, next spring. So he is already knows all about the Razorbacks. But he was able to get a little more detail on the educational opportunities at Arkansas. I think that was a big plus for he and his family. His mom and dad made the trip and several other family members. If there is one Razorback, future Razorback that is as solid as Bumper Pool I would like to see him."

Drew Amman: "Solid name as well. Alright meanwhile Grayson Boomer visited unofficially. He is 6-6. He is a four star right?"

Richard Davenport: "That he is. He is one of the best 2019 tight ends in the country. He did in fact visit yesterday. That was his first Razorback game to attend. He has been to the campus a couple of other times. But it's his first time to experience Razorback Stadium. He liked what he saw, experienced as far as the atmosphere and that nature. He will be back most likely for the Auburn game. He is a guy that I think Arkansas has a legitimate shot at. Again one of the top prospects in the country at his position in the '19 class."

Drew Amman: "How are things looking for tight end Hudson Henry? He visited unofficially. 6-5, 230 pounds. Again Hudson is from Little Rock, he is a four star."

Richard Davenport: "You know he is rated the number two tight end in the nation in the 2019 class. So you basically had two of the best tight end prospects in the country there yesterday. It's just funny to see Hudson develop you know physically. Ever since going through Hunter Henry's recruiting process and seeing him, he is truly grown into a young man that has that physical capability of playing SEC football. Obviously he will be back on campus several times I would imagine. He's a guy that definitely you get he and Grayson Boomer in the class at the tight end position you call it a day and say no mas."

Drew Amman: "I love it. Okay out of Springdale you've got Isaiah Nichols. He is up front. He is a defensive end. I think you had him for ten tackles the other night. I think I saw that on Twitter from you."

Richard Davenport: "Yeah the previous week he had a great game. This week he had another great game. Ten tackles, three tackles for losses, one sack and twelve quarterback hurries. The previous week he had seven tackles, five tackles for losses, three sacks and seven quarterback hurries. This guy is just having an unbelievable season, early part of the season. A large part of that is just his motor. A lot of defensive and offensive lineman will sometimes take a play off here or there not Isaiah. He's got a big motor."

Drew Amman: "Alright let's combo these last two guys they are on the hardwood. We are talking Hog Hoops recruiting now. Power forward Reggie Chaney visiting the Hogs this coming weekend. Jordan Phillips is a guard. He will visit the Hogs as well. He is 6-7, 210. 6-7 guard is that right?"

Richard Davenport: "Yeah absolutely. I saw both of these guys in Las Vegas. A lot to like with both of them. Reggie is 6-8 about 230. Very agile, big guy that can play inside the paint and dominate the paint. Can score inside. He is coming in like you said for a visit. Really like his upside. His body is already college level. He is very physically mature. Jordan Phillips could play the one or the two. He is versatile enough to play the three or the four. I know that sounds crazy but when you are 6-7, 210 pounds you have that flexibility and he has that. I really like his game. Both of these guys are way up on Arkansas' board. Arkansas would take these two guys in a heartbeat."

Drew Amman: "Yeah absolutely. Good stuff from RD from WholeHogSports. Our fair or foul segment coming up on the Pigtrail after this."
