Free Summer Lunch & Snack Program Expands for 2017 In Fayetteville

The Summer Lunch & Snack program will be expanded to include mobile service for the summer of 2017 to serve a free nutritious lunch and snack to anyone age 18 or younger.

The main site for lunches and snacks will be at The Owl Creek School at 375 N. Rupple Road on Monday through Friday from June 5 through August 11. Lunch will be served from 10:45 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. Snacks will be served from 1:00 – 3:00 p.m.

Mobile service will be provided to the Yvonne Richardson Center at 240 E. Rock St., also on Monday through Friday from June 5 through August 11. Lunch will be served from 11:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. Snacks will be served from 3:20 – 3:50 p.m.

Mobile service will also be provided to City of Fayetteville Parks & Recreation summer camps, Donald W. Reynolds Boys & Girls Club, the ALLPS campus, Head Start, and the Migrant program.
