Sunday is National Tequila Day, but for some people, that might be everyday.
On The Border restaurant in Fayetteville stopped by the KNWA studios to share some recipes to celebrate National Tequila Day. Tequila Pico De Gallo & Herradura Cocktail.
For the Tequila Pico de Gallo:
· OTB chips
· Pico de gallo ingredients
o chopped tomatoes
o chopped yellow onions
o chopped cilantro
o chopped jalapeños
o Juice from a lime
o Pinch of salt
o Splash of Herradura Silver Tequila – add by tablespoon until the tequila flavor is as strong as you like
For the Herradura Cocktail:
· Herradura Silver Tequila
· Orange Juice
· Mango Syrup
· House Sweet & Sour
· Ice Fill
· Sprite
· Orange Wheel Half
