Judge Orders Release of 30,000 Hillary Clinton Emails

KNWA/Fox 24 via CNN — A federal judge has ordered the State Department to start releasing Hillary Clinton’s private server e-mails. Wednesday’s ruling comes one day after the Justice Department asked to schedule the release of the e-mails.

The release would involve around 30,000 e-mails that Clinton provided to the State Department. The judge ruled the first e-mails should be released on June 30. The releases would continue every 30 days until January 2016. Clinton has been under scrutiny for using a private e-mail server during her time as Secretary of State.

She told reporters last week that she wants those e-mails released as soon as they can. Almost 300 e-mails regarding the 2012 attack on Americans in Benghazi, Libya were released last week.
