YOUR NATION — Vice President Joe Biden had strong words for Russian President Vladimir Putin at an event in Washington, D.C. Wednesday. Biden accused Russia of mocking international rules in its handling of Ukraine. Tensions between the U.S. and Russia have heightened over the situation. Biden says he would like to see Putin act rationally when it comes to Ukraine. Biden also suggested it may be time to discuss sending lethal aid such as anti-tank missiles, to Ukraine. Currently, U.S. support to Ukraine has been limited to training and non-lethal aid.
