FAYETTEVILLE, Ark. (KNWA) — Arkansas alum Sandi Morris had some help training for Japan 2020 today.

Watch as KARK reporter Aaron Nolan help Sandi in this exclusive Web Extra.

Sandi received the silver medal in the pole vault during the 2016 Summer Olympics.
