The month of February is Black History Month and NWA Compassion Fayetteville has events planned for the entire month.  From Island Trap music, workshops, art programs and more.  For a full list of events click here.

A few things taking place this weekend.  After a reschedule, the NWA Women’s March is back on for Saturday.  You’re invited to meet at the Fayetteville Town Plaza at 11:00 a.m.  The speaking portion of the event begins at 11:00 a.m. with the march taking place at 12:15 p.m.  For more information click here

Get ready to get chilly and silly this weekend, all for a good cause.  It’s time for the Fort Smith Polar Plunge for Special Olympics Arkansas.  The event will happen Saturday at the newly renovated Creekmore Park Pool.  Registration is at 10:00 a.m. and the plunge is at 11:00 a.m.  If you’re headed out there, we want to see pictures!  For more information click here.

Bentonville Community Radio, K.O.B.V. Is throwing a Vinyl Party at Meteor Guitar Gallery Saturday night starting at 8:00 p.m.  There’s a lineup of some amazing DJs and you’re invited to come out and dance the night away.  For more details click here
