Good Day NWA: Holiday Exercises


The holiday season can keep you busy, but it doesn’t mean you can’t keep up with your workout routine.

Local personal trainer Brandy Goddard joins Good Day NWA with a few exercises you can do from the comfort of your home.

See list of exercises below:

  • Squat to backwards lunge: Squat out /back leg goes back to a lunge-10x each leg. Then you can jump if u want more out of it 
  • Squat rotate shoulder press: Bend knees and pivot back foot while pressing one arm across the face-10x
  • Single stiff leg dead lift w knee lift: One leg is behind the other and lift back leg while leaning forward then stand back up w a knee lift-15x
  • Crab cross overs: Be in a crab position on the floor. Lift opposite leg to arm or just lift one leg at a time. 
  • Cardio blaster:
    High knees in place-10x each
    Mountain climbers -10x each
    Skate side to side-10x each
    Bicycle abs -10 x each
