The holiday season can keep you busy, but it doesn’t mean you can’t keep up with your workout routine.
Local personal trainer Brandy Goddard joins Good Day NWA with a few exercises you can do from the comfort of your home.
See list of exercises below:
- Squat to backwards lunge: Squat out /back leg goes back to a lunge-10x each leg. Then you can jump if u want more out of it
- Squat rotate shoulder press: Bend knees and pivot back foot while pressing one arm across the face-10x
- Single stiff leg dead lift w knee lift: One leg is behind the other and lift back leg while leaning forward then stand back up w a knee lift-15x
- Crab cross overs: Be in a crab position on the floor. Lift opposite leg to arm or just lift one leg at a time.
- Cardio blaster:
High knees in place-10x each
Mountain climbers -10x each
Skate side to side-10x each
Bicycle abs -10 x each
