The film scene in Northwest Arkansas is growing and the Bentonville Film Fest is right around the corner. But before the festival, you’ll have a chance to see another movie in Eureka Springs this weekend.

Watch as Actress Mika Boorem and her father Ben join Good Day NWA with details on the Hollywood.con Film Extravaganza.

Mika has been in the acting business for 20 plus years.  You may remember her from the films “Blue Crush”, “The Patriot” or “Riding in Cars with Boys” to name a few. 

Mika teamed up with her father to direct “Hollywood.con”, which stars Tom Arnold ,Robert Amico, Jackie Pucci and Paige Howard to name a few.  The film is an adventure comedy, think v”Romancing the Stone” meets “Get Shorty.”  You can catch the film Saturday, May 4 from 7:30 p.m. – 10:30 p.m. in Eureka Springs at the Auditorium.  The extravaganza will feature a red carpet event, Q&A with the actors, giveaways and an after party.  For details on the Hollywood.con Film Extravaganza click here.  Tickets are $20 and can be purchased here.
